Floral Crowns-flowers to wear {Part 3 of 5}

Going right along, this is Flower Crowns -part 3 of 5. Truly so many amazing options out where when it comes to flowers for your hair. 

Those blush pink floral crowns featured mini roses and dendrobium orchid blooms, so elegant and just perfect for this formal wedding.  Photo by Mosca Studio Photography

This floral crown is one of my personal favorites. Its small and dainty, yet very intricate and detailed. It features nigella pods, piers, ilex berry, succulents, plumosa, string of pearls and straw flower.

This lovely purple floral crown was designed for a June wedding. It consists of lavender, chrysanthemums, mini roses, eryngium, blueberries, nigella pods, seeded eucalyptus and plumosa fern.

This rustic/country themed flower girl floral crown is designed with two types of feverfew daisies.

Floral Crowns-flowers for the hair {Part 2 of 5}

Continuing on with part 2 of 5 on gorgeous floral crowns. I really enjoy designing those pieces. They can be small, delicate and casual or large, elaborate and truly a show stopper! There is no end to creativity.

White winter floral crown consists of ranunculus, dendrobium orchids, cedar and juniper berries 

Coral floral crown includes spray roses, willow eucalyptus, ranunculus, hypericum and larkspur 

I love how this crown resembles spring cherry blossoms. This is pink leptospermum and smilax. 

This lush full garden style flower crown is designed with peach David Austin Juliette garden roses, smilax, lavender, peach spray roses and wax flower

This variation includes pink leptospermum instead of lavender 

This fall colored floral crown includes red spray roses, rose hips, ranuculus, nandina, willow eucalyptus, leucadendron 

Last but now least, this wispy floral crown is created with pink wax flower

Floral Crowns are the perfect accessory for girls of all ages. 

They are so popular and I have created them for weddings, photo shoots, maternity photos, bridal showers, Birthdays, Proposals and many other special occasions. 

I have quite a few to share, so I will make several blog posts to feature crowns. This is Part 1 of 5.

This lovely green flower crown was one of the three crowns designed for an editorial piece with Kimberly Orth Photography and Brian Pasko Photography. It features a lot fun textural elements including succulents, blackberries, lisimachia, scabiosa, rosemary and seeded eucalyptus.

I can't say no when one of my favorite photographers asks me to collaborate on a photo shoot.

This was one of my all time favorite shoots. I got the full creative freedom to design and style all the floral and decor elements.

The overall look and feel was rustic -elegance with a large emphasis on garden style.

Flowers for the hair -Oregon Engagement Photo Shoot

I was honored when Becky contacted me with a request to design a custom floral hair comb for her to wear during her engagement shoot with Natalie Puls Photography 

The floral comb was designed with lots of fun textural floral elements including tillandsia {aka air plants}, succulents and brunia berries. 

The photo shoot took place at Smith Rock in Terrebonne, Oregon which is a sentimental location for the couple. 

The last image was taken by me, to show the close up details of this floral piece. 

Here is what Becky had to say about her experience:

"Lora provided a gorgeous custom air plants floral comb. I sent her an inspiration photo from Style Me Pretty, and she brought the vision to life! I wore it in my engagement photos and received so many compliments! She even dropped it off at my house which was very convenient when I had a busy schedule at work. Thank you, Lora!"
